The Family Resource Center is hosting a one day Compassionate Communication Training (often called Non-Violent Communication). Learn skills to deepen your relationships and effectively express your needs for a successful and fulfilling life. This training is for teams made up of one teen and a supportive adult in their life. More info and registration online or in the H.S. Office. Lunch provided, limited space.
